“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
Colossians 3:23
eFowl LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a faith-led hatchery, and we
handle your information the same way we handle your birds: with care, and only as much as the
job requires. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
It applies to www.efowl.com (the “Site”) and to the
services we provide through it. By using the Site, you consent to what is described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping details.
- Information we collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps, and how you reached us.
- Sensitive information: we do not intentionally collect it, and we ask you not to send it to us.
We collect only what we need to fill your order and run the Site well. We never see or store your
full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and your card details go
directly to them.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process your orders, arrange shipping, and keep you posted on both.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Improve the Site, using analytics.
- Send updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time, and doing so never affects an order in progress.
- Meet our legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to serve you:
- Trusted providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality agreements, such as our payment processor and the USPS, which needs your address and phone number to deliver live birds.
- Legal authorities, where the law requires it.
- A successor, if our business is ever merged, acquired, or sold. We would tell you first.
4. How We Protect It
Traffic between you and the Site is encrypted in transit, your password is stored only as a
one-way hash, and we offer two-factor authentication and passkeys on customer accounts. Card
details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. No system is
perfect, so we also keep access to your data limited to the people who need it.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tools to keep your cart working, understand how the Site is used, and
measure our advertising. You can manage or refuse cookies through your browser settings; some
parts of the Site, including your cart, will not work properly without them.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Financial records, for example, are held
for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. After that, or once you ask us to delete
it, we remove it. Usage data is anonymized before we use it for analytics.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, or ask for a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of marketing.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
Send us a request through our contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions), and we do not
knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal data,
tell us through our contact form and we will delete it.
9. International Visitors
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you are visiting from
outside the US, the laws that protect your data may differ from your own. Where we transfer data
internationally, we use recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our business changes. If a change is significant we will post it on
the Site and email account holders. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the
updated policy.

Use our contact form. It reaches the same people, and we reply to every message.
