1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the site or place orders. Compliance with local zoning and review of our Poultry Care Guide is required.

2. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate contact and shipping information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Report unauthorized use to support@efowl.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by eFowl LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

4. User Conduct

  • No illegal or harmful activity.
  • No false or defamatory content.
  • No interference with site functionality.

5. Guarantees & Policies

5.1 Customer Satisfaction

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work in good faith to resolve concerns.

5.2 Live Arrival Guarantee

  • Pick up orders same day from the post office.
  • Follow our Poultry Care Guide.
  • Report DOA birds within 24 hours with photos.

5.3 Sexing Accuracy

90% accuracy guaranteed. Claims must be submitted within 8 months with photos.

5.4 Breed & Health

We meet breed standards and maintain NPIP certification. We are not liable for post-delivery health issues.

5.5 Shipping

Live poultry ships Mon–Wed via USPS. Pickup within 24 hours is required. Delays may occur due to weather or health concerns.

5.6 Hatch & Ship Dates

We plan based on availability. Delays may occur. We’ll notify you and offer options.

5.7 Order Minimums

  • 3 birds minimum per order.
  • Bantams: 3 per variety, 5 total.
  • Guineas: 5 minimum. Others: 1 per order.

5.8 Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes require canceling and reordering. Fees apply based on timing. Refunds via store credit or original method.

5.9 Hatching Eggs

No refunds for hatch rates. Report damage within 24 hours with photos.

5.10 Supply Returns

Returns accepted for defective items. Non-defective returns allowed within 7 days (shipping not covered).

5.11 Safe Handling

  • Wash hands before/after handling.
  • Supervise children.
  • Keep poultry out of living spaces.

5.12 Pricing Accuracy

Website pricing is authoritative. We reserve the right to correct errors.

5.13 Legal Disclaimer

Our advice is not veterinary care. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Purchases & Payments

All sales are final unless covered by guarantees. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Disputes are resolved via arbitration in Salem, MO or small claims court. No class actions permitted.
