eFowl.com offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of the birds we sell. This means that you will receive the quantity of birds in the correct breeds that you have ordered, or you will have your money returned.
Immediately upon receiving your birds, please examine them and count any dead birds. If you did not receive at least the number or birds that you ordered in the correct breeds, please obtain a letter from the post master attesting to this. This will greatly aid the insurance claim process.
Next, contact us either by phone or email and explain which breeds of birds you did not have your order met on. At this point, you will be refunded for the birds which you did not receive.
